Detail Co Acid Wash (Low pH Soap)

This low pH Soap is a professional-grade cleaner formulated to tackle heavy mineral buildup, oxidation, and stubborn water spots, particularly on vehicle paint, glass, chrome, and metal surfaces. Designed for use in controlled conditions, it effectively dissolves contamination from road grime, hard water deposits, and environmental fallout, restoring clarity and shine without aggressive abrasion.

This acid-based solution is highly effective for decontaminating surfaces prior to polishing or coating. When used correctly and safely—typically in a diluted form—it cuts through tough residues that alkaline or pH-neutral products may not remove. It is essential to follow proper usage instructions, including surface pre-wetting, controlled dwell time, and thorough rinsing, to ensure optimal results and avoid surface damage. Ideal for experienced detailers aiming for deep surface restoration.

Foam cannon:

• Add a 10:1 dilution into your foam cannon.
• Foam. Dwell up to 60 secs.
• Rinse.

Contact bucket wash:

• 1oz (30ml) to 3oz (90ml) in wash bucket

Dedicated Water Spot removal:

• 32:1 dilution in spray bottle. (30ml product to 970ml of water or 15ml product to 485ml of water)
• Dwell for 60 secs, clean surface with pH neutral soap contact wash.
